“In this life, what ought to be the most important is the search for Truth. Truth can never be merely concepts or conditioning or belief. Truth is spirit and life. It is what we are. It is our very source. It is our essential nature and being. It has been so from the beginning of time. Truth is timeless…. The veils of ignorance, delusion and personal identification hold everyone hostage, causing us to be distracted from the indivisible Self and to be fixated upon the fleeting things of this passing world. This is the cause of all suffering.” Mooji
This is such a delightfully powerful quote from the great Mooji.
How did we get so distracted from what is most important here? Is it any consideration that the only reason why we don’t recognize it as vital to us is because we were conditioned to think working endlessly to buy ‘name brand’ garbage with everything else on credit was the way to live??? Have we considered that?
Wherever your eyes are fixed, that very thing you will see ever before you. Are you focusing on the pain and misery of this world? Your view grows darker with your fixation.
If you were to focus on the things that are going right, your view would grow lighters, thus contributing to the lightness of the collective.
If we really do live in a creative Universe, whereby our very meaning that we assign to things and people, we create its outcome. John Wheeler, American physicist spoke at great length about this— along with many others who are centered in the realm of quantum theory.
If by our thoughts and fixations, we create the world around us, what would happen if we lightened our view? This isn’t to say that bad things, horrific things don’t and haven’t happened but what do we have to lose by choosing peace? Choosing love? Choosing compassion? Kindness?
Thought is far more powerful than we have been led to believe, and we are far more powerful too. Prayer is powerful. Meditation is powerful. Neville Goddard was the one who brought about “thinking from the end,” which challenges you to not only see something as finished but live in the end. As an example, having an exam in college, envision logging into your computer to check your score and see it as a passing grade and feel the joy and happiness you would feel if you were truly there in that moment. This is an example of thinking from the end. Then live as that person who passed. Carry that essence with you moving forward.
What is truth anyway? We each have our own truth, don’t we? It’s our job to discover it. Truth is your shard of the Universes mirror that resides within you (see post World changer, for reference) Truth is how Spirit or Source wants to show up through you. It is a collaborative effort but one has to be willing.
Look, I had all kinds of ideas about how I wanted my life to go and the more I pushed my agenda, the bigger the mess it became. Now all I want to do is serve humanity in the ways I am meant to, what I came here to do because I went through the things I did for a reason.
The darkness of humanity does not surprise me, because I have met my own. The hopelessness of the population does not surprise me because I was once hopeless. You know what messed me up the most?
I assigned meaning— to everything! I assigned the wrong meaning to everything, it was NOT the truth, it was my hurt and broken truth. It was meaning assigned from my hurt and pained lens through which I viewed the world and other people. You don’t see the world right until you unload these lens’, it’s impossible. There are a lot of people out there who are deeply wounded on the inside but do not ever want to admit that. Because to other unhealed people, it’s fresh meat.
Sadly, there are people out there who have no morals and no conscience, and I hope those are not your people. You cannot take your armor around them, but I hope that one day you will find the people who you can be yourself around, where you feel safe. Where you feel covered.
Be a seeker. Seekers are healers. Seekers are ever thirsty for the finest gems in life, the things often missed by the other percent of the population. Seekers thirst for justice; truth, balance, love, joy, community… they just want humanity to be restored. I know I do. Seekers accept life as it is, as it comes. They don’t need to assign meaning, because they recognize that in assigning meaning it is merely a way of telling everyone; “I understand this!” But the truth is, we don’t understand. We never will, not on this side of the veil of life.
But I am confident that whatever I am learning now, I am contributing to the upliftment and good of humanity as I go along. And I’m reaching out to others, touching lives and even learning more about myself along the way.
I just want the truth. Not man’s interpretation of truth. I want the Truth that cannot be denied or declined. The Truth that you’re met with in unexpected circumstances, when there is nowhere to turn but inward. A brush with death will straighten you out, trust me I know… but don’t let it go that far. I want the eternal Truth. The one I carry within me, Source.
No man knows but the One within, does…
Blessings xx
